The agency was founded in 2008 by Linda Mallory-Price. The goal was to build a professional insurance firm dedicated to providing clients with excellent coverage and service. This would be achieved by staffing the agency with knowledgeable and experienced personnel as well as partnering with top rated insurance carriers. Since its inception, Lindenwood Insurance Services has maintained the highest level of customer service while adhering to the underwriting standards of our carriers. Our new business has been derived from referrals. We have a referral program which has worked well for us. However, going forward we are formulating an advertising/marketing plan targeting risks in the Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego County. At the present time we are interviewing candidate’s familiar with these areas and the real estate/mortgage business. Upon selection of the individual/individuals, we will institute a plan encompassing print, web technology and development of key business relationships with those in the real estate industry and community. The general economic climate within the housing industry is improving in our target areas, which will lead to continued steady growth of the agency. We intend to seize upon this opportunity at the present time. Management is confident in its decision to hire additional staff and investing in a marketing campaign is warranted.
